COVID-19 Policy

In compliance with state guidelines, we are asking all of our employees to stay home if they are showing symptoms of COVID-19, been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone who is showing symptoms of COVID-19.

As of the day of your appointment, if you or anyone in your household has any symptoms the CDC considers COVID-19 symptoms, please contact us at 866-824-0024 to re-schedule your appointment. These symptoms would include fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, or congestion.

Should the Cleaning Tech who is scheduled to come out to your home show any of these symptoms, we will either find you a different Cleaning Tech or reschedule as your safety is of the utmost importance to us.

Please be aware that we require that our Cleaning Techs wear a mask for your safety and we recommend that you do the same during the appointment.

If you choose not to wear a mask for any reason, we ask that you respect social distancing protocols for your safety and for the safety of your Cleaning Tech.

Please understand that none of these questions or recommendations are meant to offend but rather we are doing our best to meet state requirements and to protect all people involved.
