Depending on homes activity level, if you have kids, pets, wear your shoes in the house, etc., we could recommend as often as every 6-12 months, but manufacturers REQUIRE your carpet to be cleaned every 12-18 months to retain warranty.

We always do the best we can to make your stains go away. Unfortunately, some stains are permanent, and some odor problems are impossible to eliminate without replacing the pad and then cleaning and sealing the subfloor.

Typically an area is a room up to 200 sq. ft. Living room/dining combos are considered two areas. Non-standard areas, such as baths, hallways, landings, walk-in closets, etc. are priced at a separate, usually lesser rate.
